The basic model in bakery shape!

With the MANZ model range 40 you bake great on as little as 60 x 40 cm tray size. The space-saving oven range offers all the basic equipment a bakery oven needs to have. All baking cavities can be adjusted separately and, on just the push of a button, you provide them with an Xtra-strong steam jet. Thanks to their compact design, the 40s are especially fit for mobile use, show-baking or make the extra hand in your baking shop.

Model range 40 features

• Oven entirely made of high-grade stainless steel and therefore easy to clean and absolutely rust-proof
• Depending on the model, 2 to 6 baking cavities per oven for baking tray sizes 60 x 40 cm
• Each baking cavity is equipped with the special MANZ baking rack
• Each baking cavity can be switched on independently
• Separate manual turn knob thermostats allow separate heating of the single cavities and their stepless adjustment from 50° to 270°C
• Each baking cavity has its own pilot lamp for the monitoring of the programmed baking temperature
• Powerful and simultaneous steaming of all baking cavities thanksto the Xtra-strong steam generator at any time and independently of the baking temperature
• Each baking cavity has its separate baking timer (acoustic signal)
• Steam-proof, hermetically closing oven door with patented MANZ hook latch and special door seal and viewing glass of highly heat-resistent insulated glass (double glazing)
• Can be combined with MANZ fermenter and vent hood or stainless steel base frame to become an independent baking station
